    For those of you visiting let me recommend a couple places to eat. In Henderson, on Water Street try the Rainbow Casino for great food, Steaks, prime rib etc. for an average of $10. Do get the soup as they have an excellent Soup chef.
    West of us on Warm Springs, about Bermuda, is Table 54. This is true Gourmet food at a reasonable price. Not fancy looking but great food. Connie got some Elk there and it was excellent & served with "presentation".
    Our vote for best overall food, Buffett and restaurants, is the South Point Casino just west and south of us. Their Buffett is great and they have great Bone on Prime rib and terrific TexMex as well. Easy on the budget also.

    Here is a recap of the things finalized at the last stockholders meeting:
    1. All Licenses are now available and they will have a non refundable fee to hold your spot and area. (See PlasmERG for license details)
    2. By unanimous vote the current "show me" rule is maintained and the engine will be shown publicly at a time when the engine is available from manufacturers and all are ready to sell product. Sorry TROLLS!
    3. There is a video DVD, playable on your computer, available to all stockholders which was passed out at the meeting. It has John's seminar and videos of various running engines. If you would like one sent to you ask for it. We will send it
    4. Next meeting, to review "Production" engine in 6 months.

    Inteligentry is made up of three groups.

1.    Our Primary Group will continue to enhance and grow the Plasmic Transition Process(tm) Technology. To get our technology better and better as we grow and to help any company that needs help in developing a working running engine for their product and provide a success story. Our Plasmic Transition Process(tm) technology will provide ZERO Carbon footprint ENGINES, and the process will get better and better.
    The Research and Design Group will work with all Licensees, and others, to further the technology and advance the ecology.

2.    Our Experienced Helpers group will help any inventor with whatever they need to Protect, Prove and Market their technology or Idea.

3.    The Plasmic Control Group will design and manufacture all Electronic Control systems which must be used with any licensed engine. It will work with other manufacturers to ensure optimal Operation and safety.

    Inteligentry is the  home to all IT/IP products like copyrights, trade secrets, patents or trade marks. It is also the common research, design, training and consulting, as needed by the licensees, a Central Point. Within Inteligentry, research and design elements from all companies  exist so the best overall "combined " design of Hardware, Electronic control and Fuel mixture is found for any requirement, usage or size/power for our Licensees and Clients.

    Our CURRENT Technology is a replacement for "Planet Killing" combustion engines, etc.

How the Plasmic Transition Process(tm) system works.

    To start this discussion, this Engine is not, just as the original Papp engine was not, a Pulsed Plasma motor.  Plasma is not retained and pulsed as many others have stated. The plasma is recreated with each power stroke and returns to a steady state gas on each return stroke thus the name Plasmic Transition Process . The initial power event and creation of plasma, for expansion, is derived from a actuation event within the cylinder, a very high voltage ball, similar to a lightning ball is created at Top Dead Center which creates a Plasmic Transition, expansion, which is contained in a sealed cylinder pushing the Piston and rotating the crankshaft system.
In a single cylinder engine there are only 3 moving parts so the addition of a flywheel is required to provide the kinetic energy to complete the non powered cycle. There is no need to recycle electrons from one cylinder to another unless you are looking for a perpetual motion machine.
 This is a new system that crosses the previous borders the science of physics as it is part Fusion, fission and plasma working together utilizing elements of each to the advantage of the result. this result is power.
The output Torque is steady over the range of the Rotation of the engine, roughly 400 Ft Lbs in a 500 CC engine at any speed. So Horse Power is a straight rising line.

    There are two parallels to explain the Plasmic Transition and power production of this motor in our world. First is natural lightning, which uses a almost identical or similar process as does the Plasmic Transition Process (tm) The second is Live steam which provides the same torque over rotational speed event characteristics. There is nothing comparable in our current internal combustion motors operation. 

        The single most crucial part of this motor's operation is the Electronic Control System. Our Modern  ECS comprises multiple programmable micro computer controllers, a Radio Frequency Power generator, a HV Spark Coil initiation driver, various electro magnetic Coil voltage switches providing a base (resting) or variable (engine speed) voltage for all cylinder or reaction chamber electro magnetic coils, a DC to 12 Volt DC output converter, a engine speed DC to programmed Variable voltage (3 to 48 Volt) DC converter, a inter controller communications port, a instrument support CAN port, for user panel etc, and action port which receives commands from the user comprising, by not limited to, things like Run, Start, Throttle position, hold speed, Brake application, Brake hard, various motor inputs and Fuel container information. Pretty complex when you consider the first one John Rohner designed in the 80s.

         Since the engine produces very little heat we are experimenting with components that could not be used on an internal combustion motor. For Instance since our Block is sealed we can use long life high efficiency Roller and needle bearings in a synthetic oil that would not be corrupted by anything so it would never need changing.
        We are testing special nylon and plastics for use in the Actuator to extend the life there to many years as well. Imagine an engine that needs no "routine" maintenance and we may be very close to that with this one.

        As a Pilot it intrigues me how the 1 liter Twin, which makes about the same power as a six cylinder internal combustion engine, but with 1/4 the weight, could be on a personal aircraft that could fly, even at 90 miles an hour, across the ocean and then turn around and fly back. Put a good "auto pilot" in and kick back and relax in your own space.

     One of our board members is from Louisiana and he is just dreaming of the fishing boats that he can equip with engines that do not need thousands of gallons of Fuel and returning to port to refuel mid season. They could take the fuel tanks out and enlarge their hold. Even have the space to put a spare engine just in case in.

Inteligentry has now proven the motor hardware design and the Gas mixtures can be many things, But without control it FAILS.
    Our Electronic control system is many times more powerful, and flexible than any and we are making things safe. Plasmic Transition Process (tm) In the past lots of money was raised butt no time was spent to actually create a viable producible engine. BUT, We ARE here at Inteligentry
    The Plasmic Control Electronic Control SYSTEM, SEE PLASMIC CONTROL SECTION , is THE key element in the Engines design and operation.

    Our Electronic Control System is very aware of the engine and very flexible which makes it VERY SAFE. BUT, Inteligentry has gone 4 Generations past our first controller for even better SAFETY. That is WHO WE ARE!!!. 

    We hope this helps some of you understand this motor and how it actually operates. We have made many strides of modernization and brought the technology up to current science and this is all represented in our Patents (pending) etc. The old motor is just too clunky for most things.         Notice that none of our equipment, test gear or materials is "old surplus" but nice and new.
    We believe that the best and safest result requires the best equipment, test gear, people and components.

      ALL the  Electronics are designed, schematics drawn, boards stuffed and tested right here in the USA by US.
All Printed Circuit board layout is done by John Rohner. Any PC Boards
, used by the company are sent out to be made from John's Plots. When they return our people put the parts on, test, create and load the programming, known as Firmware, with John's help. So everything is done IN House enhancing the security of the project. John is a Very Well Known and Highly Respected Electronic Designer and Hardware/Firmware Engineer.

   FOR THE "I DON'T BELIEVES"........ 
    When you say "I don't believe it will work unless you can explain how."
Then ask yourself this:

 1.   How does Magnetism work? Without it there would be no electric motors or generators. Do you question these?
    Or gravity? Without this we would not have a planet or even be alive. But how does it work exactly..
    OR, what is the size of a photon, and it's mass? Since it travels at the speed of light and Einstein's Theory says it will have a Infinite mass? Yet somehow it gets created without heat.
    If matter to matter can not occur how is a photon created as a by product of Fusion and other things?
   OR Is a Chum smaller than a quark? If so, is there anything smaller?...
 1.   How does a Bubble Bee Fly work? By all modern equations he should not be able to.. At one time, it was said it was impossible, yet we see them do it all the time.
   And a whole host of other questions about things we take for granted today. 
After all We have just learned that there is more anti matter than matter in the universe. What is that?
    Man always questions that which is not within his knowledge.
   2.  26 years ago most of what we now call Astro Physics was unknown. There are still many things unknown about the simple atom and how it works. Ever ask yourself how a stable atom can take an electron and then pass it off.  26 years ago it was thought that any action like that would imbalance the nucleus and cause instability. Today we know it does not and we keep making transistors smaller and smaller. They are about the size of 300 atoms now, 26 years ago they were the size of several thousand.  So consider this a new form, something we needed to explore and understand.
    A few years back most scientists believed light could not be produced without heat. Their problem was how the lil lightning bug produces great light and as anyone who has ever had one in their hand knows, no heat. LEDs now too.
    Almost as good is the aeronautical people that tested their equations on the poor bumble bee and decided it could not fly, let alone hover or maneuver. But it does so well!!!
    I am smiling as I recall that even Einstein had to use a "unknown factor" to answer why the universe was expanding, after trying to figure it out for 8 years. He just used it to make the equations work. I think they call this the "dark force" now..(grin).

   Many, many people have watched the OLD engines run either live or on video from Papp or Sabori. Papp showed it to about anyone, and shared it with none. Suffice to say he died with his secret never helping mankind.     WE do not wish to do that.

Here is our "Ready for Production" Engine Design !!

       This is the engine design that is being readied, now. It will be ready for use in licensees classes in a few months.
     The reason for the lag is we are obtaining the needed Numerical Control machined parts to set up the "SAMPLE" production so it can be copied easily by our Licensees. This "Training or Sample Engine" will be used within the training courses to allow our licensees to produce engines for their own use and as templates for "stock" engines. environmental testing and for test sites.
     Our testing has proven we have larger torque readings than the old obsolete "certified" Antique Papp Engine from Papp International circa 1982.

     Our MODERN Engineering and experience is the KEY..
